Patricia (Trish) Jun
Principal
Trish has years of experience litigating employment, commercial, white collar, and consumer protection matters. She obtained a multi-million dollar verdict in a wrongful termination case, and obtained outright dismissals and favorable resolutions in cases advocating for victims of sexual violence that were targeted for speaking out by their attackers. Every one of her clients is important to her, and their cause is her cause. It is her compassion and yearning for justice that led to opening up a practice focused on workplace issues and cases that aim to use litigation as a significant part of making a more equitable society for all. Trish earned her B.A. from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. During law school, she served as Executive Article Editor for the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review, and volunteered for the Prison Legal Assistance Project and Harvard Defenders. After law school, she clerked for the Honorable Edward C. Reed Jr. and the Honorable Andrew P. Gordon of the United States District Courts - District of Nevada. She has always advocated for equal rights and progressive values. Trish is fluent in Korean.
